The end of BBC Gardeners' World Live 2014

So now it's all over! It was an incredible experience and already I can't wait to do something for next year's show! I recommend any budding horticulturists to take part in projects like this, it's all been a fun learning curve. Also it was a bonus to advertise the gardens, get our name out there and to talk to the public about what we do!

A few photos of the public looking at our garden on Friday:

Me and Becky went to a Monty "The Don" Don talk on Sunday morning, it was really insightful!

Look out for me as the new presenter on Gardeners' World...

BBC Gardeners' World Live Show Garden 2014 - finished

Some photos of the final stages of the border. We had to move the Magnolia to the back of the pond as it kept falling over in the centre as it was fairly windy. We also got judged today on the finished border and got a RHS Silver Medal!

It opens to the public tomorrow, we hope to see you there.

BBC Gardener's World Live Show Garden '14 - Day Two

Day two of our build up of our show garden, more rocks around the pond were added whilst pond liner was hidden, more moss was added, the magnolia was placed into the pond, and more ferns and selaginella were planted around the back. It's looking good!!

BBC Gardeners' World Live Show Garden 2014 build up - Day One

Today was our first day of building our Beautiful Border's show garden - A Window In Time, A Garden To Be Frond Of. We've already done most of what we need to do in only one day which is a great relief. And a big thanks to Nigel for helping us out, giving us advice, and driving the van!

Here are the photos from the start of the day through to the end of the day:

Becky, me, and Nigel with the finished result of day one's hard work!
